Scored this book of images the other day. It is my second rad expressionism book from Germany. The variation of printing techniques, uniqueness of paper, quality of printing and beautiful images are what sold me. These are just a few of the plate in the book.

Was asked by the good people of The CHL to design the poster for their performance of The SantaLand Diaries by David Sedaris.

DIY Lino Press

I just came up with this idea tonight while thinking about 2010 cards. Good for quick registration and not messy. Early prep as always is key. Measure twice and reverse image.

Glue cut to IFC, I used binding glue.

Place cut inside and weigh down while drying.

Set, now print on opposing page to reveal location of where to cut window.

Now cut out as close to printing area as possible with some room for error.

Once window is cut, find out by trial and error where the registration marks should be on title page. Mark em and print. Still working on a way to not have the print stick to the cut. I came up with this and got this far in about 2 hours. Photos are bad. sorry.

Chip Kidd poster—not selected

Exciting project for a Chip Kidd talk. Members of SOD where able to submit posters for Chip to review. He did not select this. The winner had the image of his glasses which I am sure crossed everyone's mind but oh well. It was well done.

My Lucky Sister

My sister had a birthday today so I made a quick emergency plan for her house. Someday I may actually get to buy her something she wants. I guess I will not have to worry about someone else getting her the same thing.
